Last night I saw a great play done by my old high school. One of my friends was in it and I decided to make her a flower instead of buying ones that die anyway.
This one doubles as a pin! :D
I found the tutorial for this super easy flower at Living Craftily Ever After!
I mixed it up by gluing rhinestones around the button with E6000.
You did a great job Brittany!

I am new the world of “linky parties” but I’m having fun learning!
I was featured for the first time EVER anywhere by Dragonfly Designs! Whoo hoo!
Check out her great party and blog!
Also relating to linky parties:
Today I ‘m joining a “We Want to Know Wednesday” link party hosted by:
Here are the questions:
1.} What must you do before you go to bed at night?
I have to brush my teeth and wash my face. I can’t stand going to bed feeling dirty. Also I read my Bible.2.} What is one thing you must snack on at the theater?
Popcorn! :D3.} Before going on vacation what must you do?
Vacation? What’s that? ha ha. Living on a farm, that becomes a rare word. I would need someone to look after the animals and a huge suitcase. I can’t pack light. I love going on day vacations and shopping in cute little shops. I love small towns.4.} What is one thing you must do every day?
I must have some down time. I’m a busy girl and if I don’t get that time to be by myself and relax I get crabby. Ha ha.5.} Is there something you do that must be done in a particular order?
I have to wash my hands and change diapers in a certain order at work. I work in the infant room. Also I like schedules… when they are mine. :) ha ha. I like order in my day.
What about you?

What is quilling?
decorative craftwork in which a material such as glass, fabric, or paper is formed into small bands or rolls that form the basis of a design.
There are many things a crafter can do with quilling.
All you need are:
1. Quilling paper (Above)
2. A quilling wand (See step 3)

That sounds pretty good to me!
After all… Why would a perfect God create an
Did you ever think the God made an imperfect world for us?
If there were no evil there would be no:
…Requires real danger.
…Mending of relationships and rising above.
…Giving to the needy and blessing others.
- True Love
…Taking chances and risking heartbreak. So take advantage of our imperfect world today and be someone’s hero!
Five years ago my little sister had bladder cancer. Through that trial and unfairness we met many “heroes.” That was a hard year and a half for all of my family and many people blessed us by their generosity and compassion.
The Make a Wish Foundation granted Anna’s wish for a horse. This wonderful foundation works to help children grant their wishes to give them hope in a situation that may seam hopeless.
Among the many generous events Anna was able to partake in, she also got to participate in a children's cancer pageant. Pageant teens from across Wisconsin put together a special event to honor these beautiful children. Everyone got an award and it greatly helped to boost the confidence of these kids when they needed it most.
“Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.”
Have a heroic Sunday! :)
