Homemade Whole Wheat Bread

I have been recently trying to make healthier alternatives to foods I would normally buy.  Not only does it save money but it is much healthier and reduces the need for commercial products that normally have chemical preservatives and additives.  Here is one recipe I've tried:

 Whole Wheat Bread (with other healthy add-ins)

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup rye flour
1 cup unbleached white flour
1/2 cup rye flour                                                      
1 TBS flax seed
1/4 cup ground raw almonds                                                   
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup oat bran flakes
-- also extra flour for kneading and rolling
1 3/4 cup warm water
1 TBS yeast
1/4 cup pureed spinach
1 TBS honey
3 TBS butter  --I like smart balance spread
Some olive oil

First combine all dry ingredients and set aside.  Next mix the warm water, honey, and yeast until dissolved.  The yeast should form bubbles to let you know its working.  :)    Mix the water mixture and spinach together in a large bowl and add the butter.  Slowly add the dry ingredients.  When it is well mixed turn onto a floured surface to kneed for a few minutes.  Then form into a ball and put in a large bowl to rise.  Coat the top with some olive oil and cover.  Let sit for about an hour. 
When the dough has doubled punch it down and let it rest for 10 minutes.  Meanwhile, grease two bread pans and heat oven to 375 degrees.  Divide the dough and roll into bread shape. (see pictures)  Place in pan and bake for about 40 minutes.  Let cool, slice, and enjoy!
